Os educandos do 1º ano foram muito receptivos e
demonstraram ter adorado nosso primeiro encontro. Expliquei como serão
nossas aulas e como usaremos a pasta (folder). Apresentei dois
“dedoches”, um “boy” e uma “dinosaur” (que é uma “girl”, com fitinha
rosa na cabeça). Eles amaram! Assim, cantamos uma música (Helo, hello
-6x- I’m...) para que cada um se apresentasse, iniciando pelos
“dedoches”, e estes foram passando por cada um. Em seguida,
convidei os educandos que já conheciam a música “Hello, Teacher”, para
ajudarem a ensiná-la aos estudantes novos. Foi muito interessante e aproveitei para filmar uma das turmas, aquela que tem mais alunos que já eram da nossa Escola. Agora, sempre no início das aulas, serei recepcionada por todos cantando esta música.

They used to walk. They used to swim. They used to fly with a toothy grin. Some ate plants and some ate meat. Some walked around on just two feet.
